Connecting BOH with its Communi-tea via Social Media
CHALLENGE
BOH, Malaysia’s very own tea brand, wanted to ramp up the social engagement with its existing and new fan base on Facebook and Instagram.
Strategy
We found that BOH’s followers are extremely loyal, and these tea lovers form a diverse range of audience aged between 18-65. Leveraging on BOH’s brand voice, we created a witty yet friendly social persona to drive product awareness and connect with its online community.
Execution
A series of custom content was put together to showcase BOH has the perfect tea for the different moments in one’s day. Various engagement mechanics such as contest, questions, and polls were incorporated, allowing fans to experience and interact with the brand on a more personal level.
